By downloading, installing, or otherwise using the Contrasts App, you agree to these terms and conditions and affirm that you understand them. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
The Contrasts App grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on multiple devices connected to the same Apple account (Apple ID) in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code, or otherwise try to reveal the inner workings of the app. You may not rent, resell, or use the app in ways not expressly permitted in this agreement.

The Contrasts App is provided "as is," without any warranty or guarantee, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The manufacturer assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, reliability, timeliness, or completeness of the software.
In no event shall the manufacturer be liable for any damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software, even if the manufacturer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The user assumes the entire risk related to the quality and performance of the software.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes to the software at any time, including, but not limited to, features, content, or availability, without prior notice.
The manufacturer is not obligated to provide support or maintenance for the app. Any support or maintenance services provided by the manufacturer are at their sole discretion.
We reserve the right to change these terms of service at any time. Continued use of the app after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
This agreement becomes effective when you accept the terms and terminates if you fail to comply. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the app at any time without prior notice, for any reason.
